Gayatri (age 43)

Gayathri is the youngest daughter-in-law of the Singhania household. She is a very affectionate lady, but her affection for her son has made her land into troubles, big time. She, like every mother, wants to see her son, Naitik, happy and is ready to do anything for him. She knows her limits very well and cares very much for her in-laws, as well. She is also like a best friend to her niece, Nandini and is the one with whom Nandini shares all her sorrows. She is also very possessive about her son, and pampers him a lot, at the same time is strict with her younger daughter, Rashmi.she wants to do everything by herself for her son but after akshara coming to naitik’s life akshara cares everything for naitik and for this she is very sad
